Mobilizing Supply Chains for Medical Relief

When a powerful earthquake struck central Myanmar in March 2025, the need for urgent humanitarian relief was immediate. Recognizing our responsibility to the community, SLDS stepped up to manage the critical supply chain of life-saving medical aid.

Strategic Coordination and Free Delivery

Partnering with international organizations and private sector donors, SLDS proudly managed the secure storage of 112 tons of emergency humanitarian medical supplies, seamlessly coordinating with the third-party transporters arranged by the donors. To further accelerate relief efforts, we contributed 100% free transportation and delivery services to public hospitals specifically for the vital items donated by the private sector.

Working Through the Night to Deliver

The true backbone of this mission was our incredible Warehouse and Distribution team. Operating under extreme urgency, the team worked well outside standard office hours, sacrificing holidays and working through the night to unload incoming emergency response items. From arranging direct pick-ups from tarmac charter flights to executing immediate, direct-to-hospital deliveries, our team proved that when the community needs us most, SLDS delivers.
